Children’s Associate Pastor


The Children's Associate Pastor is required to perform a range of duties including, but not limited to: 

  • Oversee and execute the creative components of the kids weekend experience to include stage design, worship, production and digital arts components that are easily sent to all campuses

  • Ensure materials for lesson are prepped each week ensuring all campuses get what they need

  • Be available to teach primarily at the Wentzville campus as needed

  • Assist with the volunteer development and process

  • Project managing all video and print media projects for children’s ministry

  • Responsible for the technical elements of children’s ministry programming for weekend services

  • Enlist, develop and lead volunteer worship/tech/production leaders for Wentzville campus children’s ministry

  • Support multi-campus children’s ministries by providing easy to use worship/music resources as well as training campus worship leaders 

  • Manage purchasing of supplies for Wentzville campus, which includes furniture, toys, signage and equipment in general

  • Interview, screen, and refer applicants to appropriate ministries

  • Oversee special events for eKids to include outings, Christmas, Easter and others as necessary

Facilities Technician


The Facilities Technician will work to maintain the cleanliness of the Church, adjacent walks and grounds while keeping equipment in clean, orderly and functional condition. The Facilities Technician provides assistance to staff, visitors and other employees as necessary while maintaining a professional demeanor of workmanship, confidentiality and safety at all times.

Production Director/Pastor


The Production Pastor oversees all central and campus wide production efforts to ensure quality experiences for Element Church. They are responsible for the oversight of production team assimilation, development and community in the areas of character and craft. The Production Pastor is also responsible for oversight of all technical systems and department coordination. The ideal candidate will bring in 3+ years of leading high quality production teams and experiences in a multisite church environment. The Production Pastor should be proficient in complex audio, video, staging and lighting systems, experienced in building volunteer driven technical teams and comprehensive budgeting / administration skills.

Youth Pastor


The Element Youth Pastor is responsible for all aspects of ensuring the spiritual growth and development of students grades 6-12.  Their goal is to further the mission of Element Church through developing programs, ministry strategies, service opportunities, and leadership teams that exhibit a dynamic and growing student ministry.  This person should be able to cultivate relationships with parents, students, leaders, and volunteers that is life-giving and influential.
