Pastor David has served in full-time ministry for over 25 years, driven by a passion to see people grow in their faith and walk closely with Jesus. He is committed to helping individuals pursue genuine discipleship by building a personal relationship with God, reflecting Christ’s love, strengthening their families, and making an impact in their communities. He leads with consistency and heart, focused on raising up others and seeing lives transformed both inside and outside the Church.

David has been married to his wife, Jen, for 24 years, and together they are raising four wonderful children, building a home centered on faith and strong values.

Pastor Joel has been serving in ministry professionally for the past three years, though ministry has been a lifelong part of his story as a pastor’s kid. Over the past three years, he has attended SEU at Element Church, continuing to grow in both his calling and leadership. He currently serves as the Associate Pastor of the Warrenton campus, primarily overseeing kids and youth ministries. He is passionate about seeing the next generation develop a genuine, lasting faith in Jesus. Joel believes the Church is always one generation away from decline, and his heart is to help raise up a generation that is deeply rooted and fully committed to Him.

Joel is engaged and soon to be married to his Fiancé, Savanna. They are excited to grow and do ministry together.
