Through our partnership with SEU, you can earn a regionally accredited degree right here at Element through a unique church-based extension site—whether you’re pursuing a ministry-focused path or a degree in business, leadership, or other professional fields. This program blends flexible coursework with real, hands-on ministry experience, creating an affordable and meaningful way to grow academically, spiritually, and practically. Throughout the fall and spring semesters, you won’t just sit in a classroom—you’ll actively serve, learn from leaders, and step into real opportunities that build confidence and character. Degree Programs
- Associate of Ministerial Leadership (2-yrs)
- Bachelor of Science in Ministerial Leadership: emphasis in either Biblical Studies, Christian Ministry, Worship Ministry, or Pastoral Care and Counseling
Structure of courses (in-person, hybrid, online components, if applicable)
All coursework is completed in an online environment over four 8-week sessions.
Practicum Opportunities
Alongside your online coursework, you’ll earn three practicum credit hours at no cost through hands-on ministry experience at Element. While Southeastern University sets the requirements, your practicum takes place within the life of our church, giving you real opportunities to serve and grow in your calling. As you document and reflect on your experience for academic credit, what you’re learning in ministry and in the classroom begins to work together in a powerful way.
