The Campus Coordinator supports campus operations by managing systems, schedules, and resources that help people find their place, live out their purpose, and grow in Christ. This role oversees office functions, coordinates services and events, and maintains complete confidentiality.
Supports the Campus Pastor by helping lead the day-to-day ministry operations of the St. Charles Campus while creating healthy systems, developing volunteers, strengthening pastoral care, and ensuring excellent weekly worship experiences. This role helps maintain strong leadership presence and operational effectiveness while the Campus Pastor also serves broader responsibilities within Element Church.
