The Learning Center Director will lead the daily operations of the faith-based Learning Center in collaboration with Phase Family Centers. This individual will oversee educational programming, staff development, regulatory compliance, and family engagement while aligning with the mission, values, and spiritual culture of Element Church. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, faith-driven leader with a passion for early childhood education, operational excellence, and team development.
