FULL-TIME

The Associate Youth Pastor is responsible for assisting in creating experiences of youth ministry while helping fulfill the mission, vision, and values of Element. This person should be able to cultivate relationships with parents, students, leaders, and volunteers that are live giving and influential. He/she will also be expected to build and lead teams within the youth ministry.

PART-TIME

The Administrative Assistant to Youth Ministry provides a full range of administrative support to the Youth Department of Element Church. This position will also assist in helping maintain a strong level of connection between volunteers, staff, students, and families.

PART-TIME

The Custodian will work to maintain the cleanliness of the Church, adjacent walks and grounds while keeping equipment in clean, orderly, and functional condition. The Custodian aids staff, visitors, and other employees as necessary while maintaining a professional demeanor of workmanship, confidentiality, and safety at all times.

FULL-TIME

The Business Administrator, in conjunction with the Executive Pastor of Operations, is responsible for the execution of the business office functions of the church. The Business Administrator will provide oversight of the accounting processes, HR processes, reporting and assist donor management. The ideal candidate is a detailed oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Business Administrator has the ability to look at the big picture while driving the details to the finish line. Descriptors would include tenacious, steady, accountable, transparent, leader and aware.

FULL-TIME

The Filmmaker collaborates with other Filmmakers and the Creative Team to plan, direct, shoot and edit video content for weekend services, ministries, and special events. They will produce videos that highlight the story, mission, and purpose of Element Church and communicate the value of the ministry and the Gospel to its members, the community, and the world. They will also produce content for social media and complete other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
