CREATIVE PRODUCTION MANAGER
The Creative Production Manager position provides a full range of administrative/departmental support, working collaboratively and independently with the Art Director and Film Director, within the Creative Department of Element Church. The position will directly report to the Creative Team Project Manager. This is a full-time administrative position within the operations of several departments and priorities will be set based on schedule and the direction of Project Manager.
MARKETING & COMMUNICATION DIRECTOR
Responsible for planning, development and implementation of all of Element Church’s marketing strategies, communications, and public relations activities. Oversees development and implementation of support materials and services for the area of marketing, communications and public relations. Directs the efforts of the marketing and communications staff and coordinates at the strategic and tactical levels with the other departments of Element Church (EC).
The Business Assistant will serve the Business Department by assisting with daily accounting tasks and maintaining accurate membership data. This position requires complete confidentiality at all times while working with membership data and financial information pertaining to members and Element Church financials.
OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
The Operations Administrative Assistant position provides a full range of administrative support to the various operations departments of Element Church. The Operations Admin will provide administrative support across our I.T. and Buildings and Properties departments. As well as maintain general reception responsibilities for Element Church overall. The position will directly report to an Executive Admin. This is a shared administrative position and priorities will be set based on schedule and the direction of the Executive Pastor as needed.
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT TO CONNECTIONS
The Connections Administrative Assistant assists the Connections Department administratively in helping maintain a strong level of connection between members, attenders, and guests.
CAMPUS SMALL GROUPS PASTOR
The Small Groups Pastor will help congregants connect in community through groups and classes at the campus level.
EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Engage the mission of Element church administratively and spiritually in order to help achieve the purpose of the church. Assist the Executive Pastor in a professional manner; and in such a way that enables him to maximize effectiveness and productivity in his role of spiritual leadership. The job requires the embracing of change and lack of routine, more gray than black and white, flexibility, and the ability to handle people and pressure with grace and poise, and yet always get the job done.
This position will lead the Creative Arts Department as well as the Creative Process. The tools that the Creative Director will inherit are world class. The style of the Element experience is current, vibrant and engaging. There is a strong value in creating weekend experiences where God’s Word is taught in a way that is practicable and relevant and that the worship culture is engaging, authentic and dynamic. The right next leader will need to be an established, winning coach. Someone deeply integrated and experienced in the creative production process from initial vision casting, through development to final implementation and execution.
