CREATIVE PRODUCTION MANAGER
The Creative Production Manager position provides a full range of administrative/departmental support, working collaboratively and independently with the Art Director and Film Director, within the Creative Department of Element Church. The position will directly report to the Creative Team Project Manager. This is a full-time administrative position within the operations of several departments and priorities will be set based on schedule and the direction of Project Manager.
The IT Technician will be responsible for supporting Element staff with their technology related needs. This includes desktop and server management in a mixed Mac/Windows environment, update and support of all church related software, apps, and database. This position manages support requests through an IT ticketing system with interface into Microsoft Teams. Provide support and service to church staff with a servant’s heart. Evaluate and report on new and evolving technologies, to help the organization as it grows. Create IT training documentation and videos.
MARKETING & COMMUNICATION DIRECTOR
Responsible for planning, development and implementation of all of Element Church’s marketing strategies, communications, and public relations activities. Oversees development and implementation of support materials and services for the area of marketing, communications and public relations. Directs the efforts of the marketing and communications staff and coordinates at the strategic and tactical levels with the other departments of Element Church (EC).
The Business Assistant will serve the Business Department by assisting with daily accounting tasks and maintaining accurate membership data. This position requires complete confidentiality at all times while working with membership data and financial information pertaining to members and Element Church financials.
OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
The Operations Administrative Assistant position provides a full range of administrative support to the various operations departments of Element Church. The Operations Admin will provide administrative support across our I.T. and Buildings and Properties departments. As well as maintain general reception responsibilities for Element Church overall. The position will directly report to an Executive Admin. This is a shared administrative position and priorities will be set based on schedule and the direction of the Executive Pastor as needed.
