the vision and direction of Element Church while creating alignment among its ministries.

Erik Lawson

Senior Pastor

As the Senior Pastor of Element Church, Erik provides teaching, leadership, and guidance for the church as a whole. Following a vision God gave him to plant a church in the St. Louis Area, he along with a small group of people launched Element Church in January 2006. He has been in ministry for over 30 years and is known for his innovative approach to communication.

Prior to Element, Erik served as the Lead Youth Pastor of Church on The Move’s nationally acclaimed youth ministry, Oneighty¬©, overseeing the nation’s largest local-church youth ministry reaching more than 3,000 students every week.

Leo Crosby

Executive Pastor, Organizational Development

Leo joined the team at Element Church in 2017 where he serves as the Executive Pastor of Development. Leo is responsible for the campus development at Element Church and helps shape the spiritual and leadership development of the church. He oversees Element Campuses, Human Resources, Staff Development, Facilities, Finance, Small Groups, Dream Team and Life Development. Leo has been in vocational ministry since 1998 and holds a Bachelor Business Administration from Evangel University. Leo and his wife, LaDawna, live in Wentzville, Missouri and have three children.

Nathan Elder

Executive Pastor, Creativity & Innovation

Nathan has been part of Element Church since 2013. He is passionate about leveraging creativity and innovation to further the mission of the church. He directly oversees the worship ministry, production, information technology and creative media. He is responsible for all weekend experiences as well as communication / message development. Nathan and his wife, Diane have been married since 2004 and have two children.

Cisco Martinez

Executive Pastor, Campus Development

Cisco has been part of Element Church since 2006. He is passionate about developing people to find their purpose and grow in Christ to further the mission of the church. He directly oversees the Campus’, Building & Properties, Care and Community Engagement/Events. He is also responsible for the Online Campus and pastoring that community. Cisco and his wife, Tiffany have been married since 1998 and have two children.
