Element School of Ministry is to educate and develop young adults into godly, steadfast leaders for local ministry, the global marketplace, and the home. This is a residential internship conducted over the course of a full year. ECLI students will have the opportunity to serve in three Element Church ministry departments each semester alongside ministry leaders and pastors. Along with these practicums, students will be enrolled in Global University full time working toward completing a 2-yr., AA degree in either Christian Education or Bible and Theology. Students have the option on continuing toward completing an BA degree at Global University in either Christian Education, Bible and Theology, or Intercultural Studies.

Responsibilities:

College, full-time student course load.
Serve alongside Element ministry leadership including a 9 hrs. weekly practicum.
Attend all required meetings of the School of Ministry including chapel, seminars, workshops.
Church service participation twice weekly.
